After a successful 14-year career in the airline industry and serving as Executive VP of the Air Line Pilots Association, Todd transitioned into the property management industry in 2012, taking over the family business and starting off with 61 doors and $160k in revenue. After the organic growth seen and revenue maxing implemented, the business now generates $1 million in annual revenue. Always the "Technical Expert" and serial entrepreneur, in the last couple of years, he has also launched Always There Repair and brought in a business partner to MAXIMIZE the revenue from PMAssist.

With over a decade of experience in the property management industry, Abi has dedicated her hard work and leadership as a woman entrepreneur to the property management industry and to helping property management industry professionals succeed in their businesses. Her passion is not only helping to improve the experience for everyone involved in the property management process, but also advocating for and being a voice for women professionals in this industry.
About our family
In December of 2022, Todd and Abi got married in a little ceremony in a town outside of Chicago, IL. On the weekends you can find Abi either yelling from the football/wrestling stands or being tossed around as a practice opponent by their teenage son... while Todd hangs out with the dog.
